These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the heybajji platform. By creating an account and using any service on heybajji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Binding Agreement
By registering and using heybajji, you enter into a binding legal agreement. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and heybajji and supersede all prior understandings.

One Account Per Player

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and heybajji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the heybajji website, creating an account , placing any bet, making any deposit or withdrawal, or using any service available on heybajji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with heybajji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

heybajji takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. Age verification checks are performed during account registration and may be repeated at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable forms of age verification include national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. heybajji reserves the right to suspend account access at any time pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification.

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of services on heybajji, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. heybajji reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Each individual may hold only one account on heybajji at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. heybajji uses automated and manual systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybajji login credentials, including your username and password. heybajji strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. heybajji accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the heybajji support team immediately.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
heybajji may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process at any point during your account lifecycle. KYC verification may require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Ownership: heybajji accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or gifting your account to another person is prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
heybajji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and account status. heybajji reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at heybajji is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your heybajji account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to process depending on your card issuer. heybajji does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. heybajji will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a source not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the account flagged for review.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on your card issuer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. heybajji applies no withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
Before a withdrawal request is approved, heybajji may require completion of KYC verification and confirmation that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. heybajji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay payment pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on heybajji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any deposits made in a different currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. heybajji accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.
Anti-Money Laundering: heybajji maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. The platform must not be used to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activities. heybajji reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
heybajji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is published. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your heybajji account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. heybajji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion. Players who have self-excluded, who are under account review, or who have previously violated these Terms are not eligible to claim promotions. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
heybajji employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers designed to exploit wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to achieve guaranteed profits from promotions. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
5.4 Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses credited to your heybajji account carry an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation. heybajji accepts no liability for expired bonus funds.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of heybajji, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on heybajji:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the platform if you are a minor or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any heybajji software or proprietary systems.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first contacting heybajji support to attempt resolution.
heybajji reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your heybajji account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Closing your account does not exempt you from any obligations incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by heybajji
heybajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false identity information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; duplicate account creation; or any conduct that heybajji reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.
Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, heybajji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is for administrative or operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

heybajji makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose of the platform or any of its content. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude heybajji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Amendments & Governing Law
10.1 Amendments to These Terms
heybajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a player in a significant way — heybajji will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the heybajji website. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of heybajji following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with heybajji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and heybajji regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written.

These Terms are drafted in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for your convenience is for reference purposes only and does not form part of the binding agreement between you and heybajji.
